I consider it a true honor to serve this vibrant and dynamic region nestled along the beautiful Colorado River. As a 20-year resident in the area, I’ve witnessed firsthand the growth and evolution of our community, and I’m deeply committed to its continued success. At the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce, we’re more than just an organization; we’re a community hub dedicated to promoting growth, prosperity, and collaboration among our members and the entire Colorado River Region.

Our region is renowned for its exciting events that draw visitors from far and wide. From the exhilarating Laughlin Bullhead Airshow to the dazzling Spring and Fall Concert Series at the Laughlin Events Center, we host an array of festivities that showcase the unique charm and beauty of Laughlin. Our chamber of commerce is committed to supporting these events and ensuring they continue to thrive, bringing joy and economic opportunities to our businesses and residents alike.

One of our primary objectives at the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce is to champion our member businesses. In addition to supporting our businesses and workforce, we are also deeply committed to giving back to our community. That’s why we actively engage in fundraising efforts for local non-profit organizations like River Fund, Inc., which provide a safety net for members in our community experiencing a variety of hardships. By partnering with such organizations, we aim to make a positive impact and ensure that no one in our community is left behind.

I am the Executive Assistant for the Laughlin Chamber, and for the last five years I have had the opportunity to assist my co-workers, our board of directors, members, residents, and visitors. I have also met a lot of amazing people, and I have witnessed some truly spectacular individuals and businesses do what they do best; serve our Tri-State communities. As the Front Office Assistant and the newest member to the Chamber, I find my job to be more office support than front office. Customer Service is the name of the game! Helping guests find their way to new adventures in our community and assisting residents looking for answers keeps me very busy every day. I work with amazing women and together we are working to support our tri-state area by helping it to develop and grow.

As VIP Liaison, my primary purpose is to communicate the requests made by the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce and Laughlin Tourism to the Volunteers In Partnership, ensuring that the needs and requests are met and fulfilled. Providing event guests a positive experience in Laughlin and
helping other local service organizations succeed in their events is my goal.

VIP (Volunteers in Partnership)

Our incredible team of volunteers work in partnership with the Chamber, and that is how they got to be our “VIP’s”


Our VIP’s do an amazing job of supporting our community events, with thousands of volunteer hours and financial donations to a variety of local charities, courtesy of local events where they volunteer and accept “tips” or other small fees. 


They meet once per month, on the second Tuesday at 5:00pm NV at the various locations. They suspend meetings during June, July and August.


Our VIPs are available for community events at the discretion of the Laughlin Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Carrie Issac Larson, and the Chamber VIP Liaison, Joyce Moreno.
